By accessing or using the AI-FI website, dashboard, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the «Platform»), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The AI-FI Token is strictly a utility token granting access to platform features, DAO voting rights (1 token = 1 vote), and participation in the internal P2P exchange.
Founding Member subscriptions grant access to the full dashboard, 10,000 AI-FI Tokens per position, DAO voting rights, and access to the private GitHub repository. A member may hold multiple positions.
Top Leader status is awarded to qualified candidates demonstrating MLM experience, an active network, and social media presence. Automatically activated by smart contract upon reaching 10 referred members.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once token allocation has been transferred.
The AI-FI referral program is a legitimate multi-level structure designed to reward network growth. Participation is voluntary and transparent.
The AI-FI DAO governs strategic decisions, treasury allocations, pricing above tier 5, smart contract upgrades, and external project support. Voting is weighted by token holdings (1 token = 1 vote). Founders hold veto rights.
DAO treasury of 50M tokens is locked at launch and unlocked 5M per tier from tier 2 onward, requiring multisig + DAO vote + 72h timelock.

All token operations (minting, burning, distribution, buyback, vesting, governance) are executed via audited Solana smart contracts. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. AI-FI is not liable for losses resulting from user error, wallet mismanagement, or network failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-FI and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens, trading losses, or data breaches caused by third-party wallet providers.
AI-FI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via email and in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
The presale enables eligible users to acquire AI-FI Tokens at the preferential price of $0.01 per token (10,000,000 tokens total). Presale participation is strictly reserved for individuals acting on their own behalf, aged 18 or older, and not residing in a restricted jurisdiction (see §12.5).
Pour les paiements en cryptomonnaies, l'utilisateur doit envoyer le montant exact indiqué dans le délai affiché (généralement 60 minutes). AI-FI n'est pas responsable des frais réseau, des délais de transaction, ni des pertes dues à l'envoi d'un montant incorrect ou à une mauvaise adresse.
Les tokens sont crédités sur le solde custodial du tableau de bord immédiatement après confirmation du paiement par le prestataire. Le transfert vers un wallet Solana externe (Phantom, etc.) sera possible après le lancement du token sur le mainnet (au lancement communautaire, dès décollage complet). AI-FI s'engage à finaliser le déploiement Solana dans les 90 jours suivant la clôture de la prévente.
Les achats de tokens sont non remboursables, conformément à l'article L.221-28 12° du Code de la consommation français qui exclut du droit de rétractation les biens numériques dont la livraison a commencé avec le consentement préalable exprès du consommateur.

Les demandes de remboursement doivent être adressées à info@ai-fi.trade dans les 14 jours suivant l'événement déclencheur, avec le numéro de commande et la preuve de paiement.
La participation à la prévente AI-FI est interdite aux personnes résidant ou étant ressortissantes des pays/territoires suivants soumis à des sanctions internationales (OFAC, UE, ONU) :
Pour les commandes égales ou supérieures à 1 000 USD, AI-FI se réserve le droit de demander des documents KYC (Know Your Customer) complémentaires (pièce d'identité gouvernementale, justificatif de domicile) avant de confirmer l'allocation de tokens. Le refus de fournir ces documents entraînera l'annulation de la commande et le retour des fonds.
